I have had a very good experience dealing with Ofir and his team at Splitmaster. They always deliver excellent results, they are punctual, caring and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any mechanical or AC related issues.
Developed a leak on an old split system. Quite frankly it was a pleasure to deal with Ofir and the guys who came to fix it were punctual, respectful and communicative. Ultimately I decided to add some services when they showed me how dirty the system was. They replaced a drain pipe that had become blocked and made my house smell laundry fresh while they were at it!. I was advised of costs and given options along the way. Highly recommend for a reliable, punctual and fairly priced service.

Split Master installed five air conditioners at my place during a renovation. They were extremely professional and courteous, always willing to help, and came up with creative solutions when needed. The workmanship was tidy, communication was excellent, and pricing was fair. Highly recommended. I wish all tradies delivered service like this.

Ofir came out immediately our heating collapsed to try and remedy the problem. Unfortunately dead! He provided a very competitive quote for the replacement and installed within a week. Back to a warm house… thanks Ofir. Great team and really tidy!
When others said to replace the unit , Ofir managed to fix it. I guess competence and honesty still exist.
